NHPC Recruitment 2024 Pay Scales:
NHPC Limited offers an attractive compensation package, including Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance (HRA), Cafeteria Allowance, Performance-Related Pay (PRP), Medical Facility, and Social Security Benefits. Selected candidates will be in the pay scale of ₹50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000 (IDA) (E2) during the one-year training period. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Engineer/Officer with a probationary period of one year, and the total annual emoluments for a new joiner are estimated to be approximately ₹15 Lakh.
NHPC Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
- For Trainee Engineer: A full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/B.Sc. (Engineering) in the relevant discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE, with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade. Alternatively, candidates with AMIE (enrollment up to 31.05.2013) and a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade are also eligible to apply.
- For Trainee Officer: Candidates must hold a CA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or ICWA/CMA qualification from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
NHPC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:
- For Trainee Engineer: Candidates will be shortlisted based on GATE 2023 Marks and Online Document Verification.
- For Trainee Officer: Shortlisting will be based on CA/CMA score and online Document Verification.
